First, check to see if Slick is available on his online calendar (calendarwiz.com/slick).

Then simply email the answer to these questions to PartyJuggler@gmail.com. “I don’t know” is an acceptable answer to some of the questions. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, call him directly at 817-205-1819.

1. What is the date, time, and street address of the event?

2. What type of event or theme is it (birthday, community fair, etc.) Please state any preferences you have concerning costume, props, messages you want communicated, etc.

3. What is the party contact person’s name and cell number?

4. The following possibilities come with no extra fee but will NOT be included without your approval:

Teaching skills to the audience

Fire Eating

Fire Juggling

Machete Juggling

Strobe Light

Fake Blood

Anything else possibly inappropriate

David Slick will reply with an invoice so you can confirm the total fee and any other details. Small private events like birthday parties may need to send a deposit. Please have payment ready at the event in the form of cash, a check made out to David Slick, or paypal.com to slickjugglers@gmail.com.

As a “typical” broke, ramen-loving college student, David Slick needs to charge for his performances.

Adjustable standard fees are shown.

Add $75 per hour if you would like David’s brother (Devin Slick) to perform with him.

TRAVELING FEE

Input the address of your event as the destination from the location shown (3000 Mountain Creek Parkway in Dallas is the usual start).

How many miles is it to your destination and back?

0-30 miles = No traveling fee!

31-250 miles = $.50 per mile

For your convenience . . .

If you don’t want to calculate your fee just email the event details to PartyJuggler@gmail.com and David Sick will do it for you. The calculated fee must be approved since circumstances may change it. A fee that has been mutually agreed upon will not be changed without mutual consent.

BONUS!

Your traveling fee or $20 (whichever is MORE) will be removed if you recommend the show to others in your area and a booking results on the same day as your event so that we save on traveling expenses.

Here are some example fees:

David and Devin Slick to perform 1 show at the Dallas Public Library is $195 + $0 traveling fee = $195.

David Slick to perform 2 shows at a church in Fort Worth is $200 +20 traveling fee = $220.

David Slick to perform 1 show at a birthday party in Sachse, TX is 120 + 40 traveling fee = $160, but since they recommended the show to another customer the traveling fee is removed (-$40) = $120

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is Slick a good fit for our event?

Look at the pictures, videos, and events that Slick has performed before. There are very few events Slick wouldn’t fit. Email him and he'll assure you he is a good fit or recommend someone who is.

2. Is Slick available for my event and how long do you perform?

Check out his online calendar for availability.

Slick’s youthful energy enables him to entertain through a crowd all day long with only necessary breaks to get drinks and go to the bathroom. Stage performances (captive audience) shouldn’t be more than 1.5 hours. Several times David Slick has juggled 5 balls for over a solid hour.

3. How do I prepare for your performance?

Slick entertains children of all ages, but he does not baby-sit them. Enough adults must be present to control the crowd. Slick will use as much or as little space and resources as provided. The following would be nice: music player, microphone if the crowd is very large, and advertising the public event to the community with pictures from this website.

4. What if the party is rained out?

Slick will perform under any accommodations you’ve made for inclement weather. If you cancel your event then you lose your deposit since putting your event on his calendar costs availability for other events. If Slick is 15 minutes late for his performing time then you can choose not to pay him anything (has NEVER happened).

5. How do we book you?

Booking is so easy, even a clown could do it. At the top of this page under Booking you are instructed to send the event information to PartyJuggler@gmail.com.
